Description:
If you own an Xbox and would like to be able to place it on the network, you will need to submit a console registration form found on our Console Registration Page. One of the things you need to submit is the MAC address, which allows us to identify your console so we can grant it access. This guide will show you how to find the MAC address of your XBox.
Step 1
Turn on your Xbox console with no game disc in the disc tray.

From the Xbox Dashboard, choose Settings.
Step 3
From the Settings screen, select Network Settings.
Step 4
The MAC address is the 12-digit number at the bottom-right corner of the Network Settings screen.
Step 5
Once you have the MAC address, you may proceed to the game console registration page and register your Xbox. Once the console registration is complete, allow up to 48 hours then you should be able to successfully connect your game console to the network. When your device is registered you will receive confirmation via email.
