Report Unsafe Conditions on Campus
It is everyone's responsibility to monitor against unsafe conditions. When you see something on campus that appears to be a hazardous or unsafe condition, please bring it to the attention of Skip Bolding, Director of Environmental, Health, Safety and Risk Management for further investigation. When reporting this unsafe condition, please be as detailed as possible; please note location, time, person(s) involved and a specific description of what the hazard is.
