Evaluation of Transfer Credits
When will I get my evaluation?
A student should be approved for admission before the evaluation process can begin. Once admission has been granted, the Office of Transfer Student Services will begin to process the evaluation of transfer credit. This process usually takes approximately two weeks after all required documents are on file (may be longer during peak times).
Grades
- Grades of A,B,C,D, and F are computed as recorded on transcript.
- Grades of D and F do transfer.
- Grades of WF are averaged as F.
- Grades of W and WP are not used for admission or GPA purposes.
- The cumulative GPA at ASU will include all transfer work.
